I’m Lisa and my goal is to help you navigate the messy world of relationships, both with yourself, the world, the people you love, and the others too…. to help you thrive in life.

I work with adults, older adolescents, and couples. My work is based in research, is trauma informed, and can help your life in practical ways.

I can help you understand your patterns, why you get stuck in the same old places, and give you the tools to change.

I have many years of experience as a therapist and counselling teacher and before that working in politics and business. I have studied and trained in a broad range of areas including; Psychology, Coaching Psychology, Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Somatic Body Psychotherapy, Neuroscience, EMDR, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, Internal Family Systems parts work, Cultural Studies, History & Literature, Management.

  • BA with Honours majoring in Cultural Studies, Comparative studies in History & Literature
